Pass the Nuts

Yes, I know this guys looks like Obama and Holder, just as yesterday's post did. Seems like all terrorists the same. Actually, Obama and Holder are pretty close to terrorists.

Well, this guy is Mr. Mohammed (that really is his name like so many others of his kind). He is a terrorist, a Jihadist. He was the mastermind of the 9/11 attack, which slaughtered thousands of innocent American citizens during a declared Jihad (war). He was captured in Afghanistan, by American soldiers, during the War on Terror.

And now, his friends, Obama and Holder, are bringing him to New York, the very city he attacked, and put him on trial in a civilian court. Soon, he face will be as well known as O.J. Simpson. What a travesty of justice that will be. And he will likely be set free, right here in America!

This guy is not an American citizen, never lived in America, did not plan his crime in America, was not captured in America, and was not arrested by American police. So, why then is Obama and Holder affording him the rights of an American?

During war, search and seizure, interrogation, rules of evidence, rights to counsel, and an abundance of other issues do not apply. And that makes sense. Imagine having to obtain an arrest or search warrant before blasting a hole in a cave to get the guy that is trying to kill you? Imagine having to get the Jihadist an attorney before you talk to him or search his cave?

An American civilian court, making rulings like these following the rights afforded to Americans, will have a field day with these issues. They will simply apply Constitutional law and throw the evidence out, which will cause the cases to be dismissed, and this Jihadist to be set free.

So why did these nuts do this. They are both lawyers, so shouldn't they know what will happen. You bet you're ass they know. That's why they did it. Obama wants this Jihadists to be set free because he is sympathetic to Islamic Jihad. He has already set other Jihadists free, even without trial, including the ones that blew a hole in the USS Cole, killing lots of American sailors.

The heat is on... Pass these nuts right into the trash!
